Our Graduate Research Services team provides strategic and operational support to the University's research programs. We have a crucial role in developing the University's research capability and facilitating its research outcomes through our Schools and Institutes.


Key Criteria
  • We seek an individual with good project coordination skills, including managing timelines and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • The successful applicant will possess good analytical skills and be able to make recommendations based on their findings (knowledge in Power BI or intermediate/advanced Excel skills are desired).
  • They will demonstrate high level organisational skills, communication skills, and time management.
  • The ability to supervise a small team to deliver high quality customer service is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to build effective relationships and stakeholder engagement both within and external to the team.
  • Able to work in a constantly changing environment and investigate out-of-the-norm suggestions and put them into practice.

This fixed term appointment attracts a remuneration of $100,512 - $112,622pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
