Job Role:

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will serve as the bridge between our products and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective selling skills;
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exceptional service, and adapting your approach to suit individual needs and preferences;
  • Gain and confidently share product knowledge to maximize sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience;
  • Assist with merchandise deliveries, including unloading and storing in designated areas;
  • Maintain store appearance and adhere to high shop floor standards;
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges.
Requirements:
  • Natural ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities;
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Passion for jewelry and delivering memorable customer experiences.
