Within the first 12 months the role will focus on:

  • Creating and nurturing client relationships, on the phone and face to face
  • Database management
  • Handling phone and email enquiry from buyers
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers as required
  • Assisting with open homes and open for inspections as required
  • Prospecting the local area
  • Attending regular skill and systems training

The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Must have a current Real Estate Certificate
  • Previous experience in real estate sales role
  • Must have a full driver's license and car
  • Be at team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A relationship builder who can take initiative
  • Possess a strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence and a positive can do attitude
