If you are passionate about the construction and home building industry, have excellent sales skills and a strong desire to help people find their dream homes? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers' lives.

THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process. You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.

Your Day-to-day Tasks Would Involve But Not Limited To

• Responsible for manning the front desk of the display home, greeting all customers, maintaining the customer information.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping.
• Work in collaboration with the Sales consultant to assist in marketing and promoting the company's residential housing product.
• Responsible for the presentation of our Centre. Ability to develop a strong relation-ship with potential home buyers.
• Hand out marketing material, register leads and maintain the professional presentation of the display homes and sales office.
  
  

To Be Successful For This Role You'll Need

• A natural communicator with a personable approach,
• Ability to work 5 days including weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and individually.
