Casual Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Casual Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet, Sydney. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, provide excellent customer service, and build strong relationships to drive sales growth
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, stay up-to-date on new products, and ensure accurate information is provided to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain visual merchandising standards
