About the RoleWe seek an experienced Registered Nurse – Health Promotion to provide quality patient care in our on-base locations. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will develop and maintain patient care plans, coordinate treatments, and provide assessment and intervention services. Additional duties may include health assessments, lifestyle counselling, and acute nursing care.
Requirements- Current unconditional registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 2 years full-time Post Graduate experience within the last 5 years in health promotion (or part-time equivalent)
- Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
