About Our Team
Our team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. In partnership with Bupa, we offer defence-ready clinical and support staff across 50+ on-base locations nationally, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.
About the Role
As a Clinical Support Staff, you will be responsible for providing outpatient assessment and health promotion services to patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assess the level of care required for patients and set priorities accordingly, as well as initiating treatment for minor injuries and illnesses.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality patient care and support to ADF personnel
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and efficient care
• Develop and implement effective patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
About You
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse who is committed to providing the highest quality care. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
