Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Retail & Functions Manager with daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and promotions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting staff morale and engagement.
  • Lead and train the food and beverage team, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contribute to recruitment and induction processes, helping new team members feel welcome and supported.
  • Manage escalated guest complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

About You:

  • You possess a 'can do' attitude, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or Team Leader position, with a proven track record of success.
  • You are flexible and able to work varied shifts, including late finishes, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance, reflecting positively on our brand.
