Food and Beverage Supervisor at Trawool Estate

Join our dynamic team Trawool Estate, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests. Located in Trawool, 1.5 hours from Melbourne CBD, our establishment offers a vibrant atmosphere coupled with delicious cuisine and top-notch service.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our establishment's daily operations. You will oversee and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Your leadership will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our high standards for quality and cleanliness are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the daily operations of the dining area, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
- Assist in scheduling and managing labour costs effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $24.50 - $38.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
