About the Role

As a key player in our Commercial Vehicle team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations for suitable products and services.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to interact with customers and build relationships in all situations, as well as resilience and the ability to work well under pressure and to targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building rapport with customers to assess their needs and make recommendations for suitable products and services
  • Proactively contacting both new and existing customers and following up leads to generate sales and repeat business
  • Creating customer appointments, scheduling test drives (when possible) and arranging handover appointments

Requirements:

  • Passion for service excellence and an ability to continuously delight customers
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems with speed and confidence
