Whisky Ambassador Job

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Whisky Ambassador. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers across Tasmania.

  • Promote our spirits through tastings, events and activations.
  • Work at our Cellar Door, Café and Salamanca Market, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assist with events, tours, tastings and general administration.
  • Support the sales team with trade orders, logistics and reporting.

As a member of our team, you will assist in building our culture by working in line with our company values which guide how our team works together when distilling our spirits and serving our customers.

About You:

  • You must be customer-focused with a friendly, professional personality.
  • You should have experience in hospitality and/or beverage sales.
  • You need to be well-organised with strong communication and administration skills.
  • You should be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • You must be willing to learn, adaptable and self-motivated.
  • You need to hold a driver's license and RSA certification (or be willing to obtain).

A genuine interest in whisky, spirits and Tasmanian produce will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Cellar Door, Café and Salamanca Market.
  • Support the sales team with trade orders, logistics and reporting.
  • Participate in events, tours, tastings and general administration.
Requirements:
  • Customer-focused personality.
  • Experience in hospitality and/or beverage sales.
  • Strong communication and administration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn, adaptability and self-motivation.
  • RSA certification and driver's license.
