Dispensary Technician Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Dispensary Technician. The successful candidate will work in a small community Pharmacy that prioritizes excellent customer service and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless dispensing of prescriptions, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Replenish stock and maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing waste and excess.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to general enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Pack community Webster packs and assist with changes when required, ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time position requiring 20-24 hours of work per week. We prefer applicants with pharmacy experience and authorization to work in Australia.
