Event Staffer Role

As a Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in preparing, delivering, installing, and collecting hire equipment. You'll work across both the warehouse and onsite locations, with flexible hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and pack orders in the warehouse for delivery or collection
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Travel to event locations for bump-in and bump-out of items
  • Carefully assemble and position furniture onsite according to floorplans and instructions
  • Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance or repairs on stock to ensure items are hire-ready
  • Maintain general cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and vehicles
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and event staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event setup and warehousing (preferred but not essential)
  • Confident with manual handling procedures and equipment (e.g., trolleys, straps, blankets)
  • High attention to detail and care when handling stock
  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
  • White Card or forklift license (desirable but not required)
