We are on the lookout for a front of house Event & Warehouse Manager eager to manage the delivery and execution of our activations and events, from our warehouse to the event location.

From coffee carts to gelato bars and popcorn machines, we specialise in pop-up catering and brand activations across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. With a client list that includes brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Gucci, and Spotify, our mission is to make every event seamless, exciting, and memorable.

About the Role - The Day to Day
  • Bump-in & Out Events: Be a part of the onsite team, handling the logistics of bumping in and bumping out
  • Event Setup & Pack Down: Oversee and participate in the physical setup and pack-down of events, ensuring everything is executed flawlessly
  • Driving: Deliver and set up at our events
  • Warehouse Organisation: Station and prepare events in our warehouse
  • On Site Management: Ensure our events and carts are picture-perfect and our operations run seamlessly
  • Operations: Maintain a symphony of logistics, ensuring our carts and teams hit the right note at every venue
  • Client Relationships: Foster harmonious relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate
  • Team Work: Collaborate with a close-knit team, where your passion for the catering industry will help orchestrate success
What You Can Expect - Work Schedule
  • Flexibility with workdays and weekends based on event schedules
  • Early starts (think prep ping coffee carts for those morning events)
  • Physical, hands-on tasks, including lifting, carrying, and managing logistics
  • Ongoing training to develop your skills and grow within the role
  • Working alongside a passionate and talented team of event professionals
What We Are Looking For
  • Passion: A love for events and bringing events to life
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid Australian Open Driver's License
  • Physical stamina and willingness to tackle tasks like lifting and moving equipment
  • Communication Skills: Strong and effective communication abilities
  • Reliability: Punctual and dependable
  • Initiative: Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Flexibility: Available to work on varied days and weekends
  • Physical Stamina: Able to handle early starts and physically demanding tasks
  • Team Player: An ability to lead, support, and inspire those around you
  • Creativity: You\'re ready to think outside the box (and cart) to tackle any challenges head-on
