Job Role:

Culinary Team Leader

A skilled Culinary Team Leader is required to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams. They will be passionate about hospitality and food, with a strong background in Italian cuisine and pizza preparation.

Key responsibilities include inspiring the team, leading by example, controlling general and specialized duties, ordering and stock control, and sole responsibility for other chefs and kitchen employees.

Additionally, the successful candidate will assist the Executive Chef/Sous Chef, operating a section of the kitchen and ensuring that food standards, preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes/standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and food, with a strong background in Italian cuisine and pizza preparation.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
