Service Manager

At our dealership, we are seeking a seasoned Service Manager to drive the growth and profitability of the Service Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic plans that ensure continued success and prosperity in the Service Department.

This role entails taking overall responsibility for the performance of the Service Department in terms of revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, and workplace safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, implementing and maintaining service standards, training and mentoring technicians, and collaborating with other departments to achieve overall dealership objectives.

To be successful, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role in a Service Department, strong coaching and mentoring skills, commercial acumen, IT skills, and appropriate technical qualifications.
