About The Role

We are seeking a Retail Department Leader (Coordinator) to lead from the front, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store performance.

Responsibilities
  • Let your exceptional customer service skills shine. Ensuring each customer leaves satisfied with their experience. The journey is everything
  • Lead and motivate your team, igniting their passion to reach for the stars to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Train and develop your team to be retail rockstars, always looking to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Master the inventory realm, ensuring stock levels are always maintained and our customers have everything they need.
  • Craft a shopping experience that is visually stunning and above all safe.
  • Join forces with fellow leaders and departments always collaborating to achieve overall store success.
About You
  • A solid track record in retail leadership, with a fierce passion on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate and forge connections with your team and customers alike.
  • You are a leadership legend, building a team of retail rockstars who can take on any challenge.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggling shifting prioties like a pro.
  • Ready to dive in head first, never afraid to get your hands dirty to ensure everything is always running smoothly.
