Job Title: Facility Maintenance Attendant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled facility maintenance attendant to join our team. As a facility maintenance attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of facilities including offices, common areas, and equipment rooms.
  • Cleaning floors, walls, and other surfaces using vacuum cleaners, mops, and other cleaning equipment.
  • Emptying rubbish bins and recycling containers.
  • Cleaning bathrooms including sinks, toilets, and showers.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in cleaning and maintenance (1 year preferred).
  • A driver's license (preferred).
  • Authorisation to work in Australia (required).

**Working Conditions:**

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with flexible start times (7:00 am). Afternoon, evening, and morning shifts may be available.

**Training and Equipment Provided:**

As a facility maintenance attendant, you will receive comprehensive training on our cleaning equipment and procedures. You will also have access to all necessary equipment and resources to perform your duties effectively.
