Facilities Maintenance Professional

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet the needs of our residents and clients. This will involve:

  1. Assisting in the upkeep of facilities, including preventative maintenance and repairs;
  2. Ensuring that local repairs are attended to promptly, and reviewing the use of external contractors as required;
  3. Attending site meetings and mandatory staff training as directed by Site Manager;
  4. Liaising with internal and external customers in a compassionate and helpful manner;
  5. Maintaining strict privacy and dignity in all dealings with residents and staff;
  6. Supporting other facilities in the region with maintenance activities from time to time.
