About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Insights Manager to drive strategic growth and digital excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead data-driven insights, build high-performing teams, and embed analytics in core business operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive data insights that shape business strategy, optimize performance, and support key objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts, providing guidance and expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Embed analytics as a core capability in business decision-making, influence roadmaps, prioritization, and optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with shared goals, ensuring seamless collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate data quality and governance, oversee tracking, tagging, and measurement standards across digital platforms.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, using storytelling and visualization to present findings and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Develop strategic direction, manage the analytics roadmap, and represent business needs in platform planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A natural leader who inspires and empowers others, builds strong relationships, and thrives in collaborative environments with the ability to drive business impact.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields such as Mathematics, Data Science, Economics or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience in business analytics.
  • Google Individual Qualifications and technical proficiency across Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Significant experience in business or data analytics within large, complex, or multi-brand environments, with a strong grasp of market behavior analysis.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Excel, with familiarity in Python or R a bonus.
  • A solid understanding of segmentation, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, with strong data storytelling and visualization skills tailored to diverse stakeholders.
