Lead a Thriving Early Learning Centre

As a dynamic and experienced early learning professional, you will lead our centre with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families, and communities.

This role requires the ability to develop and implement a bespoke learning program, collaborating with global leaders in pedagogical practice. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and encouraging a talented team of early learning professionals, fostering reflective practice and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services. A proven track record in financial and operational performance management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our bespoke learning program, collaborating with global leaders in pedagogical practice
  • Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, fostering reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, build the attendance pipeline, and maintain a revenue-generating business

About Our Centre:

Our centre is located opposite a school and offers a unique opportunity to work in a close-knit community. We cater to children aged 15 months to primary school age, focusing on sensory and play-based learning.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
