Overview

Role: Educational Leader (Bachelor qualified)

Location: Inner Suburbs of Brisbane

Centre: Goodstart Wishart

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Pay: $43.55- $66.07 per hour + EL allowance hourly + Super

Responsibilities
  • Lead change, champion practice uplift and excellence in educational practice.
  • Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content; guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
