About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as an Educator. As an Educator, you'll play a vital role in crafting and enhancing learning programs for our children. You'll work closely with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement engaging learning programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Blue Card
