Our luxury brand is looking for an eager, experienced, and passionate individual to join our beautiful and elegant boutique in Melbourne's CBD. You will be working in a small, intimate team of 5.
We are looking for someone with a high interest in luxury and jewelry, who will be given a thorough introduction to the business and the product. You will be excited by the product and have strong knowledge to relay the information with our clients. You will continuously deliver an exceptional customer service experience to all our clients, creating long-life relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of $60,000 + Superannuation.
- A lucrative commission structure with substantial earning potential.
- A balanced work-life schedule with boutique hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends.
