Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Relocation Coordinator to support the relocation of our operations to a new venue.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the on-site facility team to ensure a seamless transition. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the planning and management of relocation activities
  • Coordinating pre-relocation activities, including the disposal of obsolete items and materials
  • Liaising with removalist contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining clear communication with staff, moving companies, and other relevant parties

This is a fixed-term position until 30 June 2026.

  • Experience in coordinating office relocations or fit-out projects
