About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Alpha Portfolio Services team as a Portfolio Services Associate. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate maintenance of the Investment book of records and providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage client queries related to recordkeeping and file deliveries, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Perform daily checks on file deliverables, investigate discrepancies, and ensure daily resolution of identified queries.
  • Work independently to research and resolve operational problems and IT issues, providing effective communication to clients and SSC management.
  • Support and provide analysis for client change request items that impact processes and operating models.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as identified by the line manager.
Requirements
  • Portfolio valuations reconciliations/investigations experience is required, with the ability to validate portfolio movements day over day and highlight any issues.
  • Excellent technical ability and analytical skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to show initiative in different circumstances and under pressure.
  • Extensive asset management experience, including investment operations.
