We are seeking experienced and professional Administrators, Receptionists, and Office Support to join our clients' teams in Melbourne.

As a key member of our clients' teams, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing client interactions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members
  • Manage client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or a related field
