About the Role
As a Customer Banking Specialist Relief, you will be responsible for:
- Providing in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs.
- Supporting customers with enquiries, cash handling, and transactional services.
- Completing Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs.
- Providing options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
- Problem-solving and providing effective solutions while championing our processes and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way.
- The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, and act with integrity.
