Senior Commercial Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Professional to join our Project Sales and Business Development team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction on commercial-contractual matters.
  • Develop effective mitigations for project risks and negotiate risk allocation between parties.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of standard contract forms through collaboration with the global team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
  • At least 6+ years commercial experience in B2B projects in the Australian energy sector.
  • Expertise in negotiating EPC and Sales Agreements for energy-related products and services.
