We are looking for a reliable and flexible support companion who can join our client on exciting adventures, try out new recipes, support their favorite sports team, and make a positive impact in their life.

As a support companion, you will have the privilege of delivering high-quality support to our client, communicating effectively with them, and collaborating with our team to ensure their needs are met. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through comprehensive training and development programs.

Our ideal candidate is someone who resonates with our values, has a genuine desire to positively change people's lives, and has the skills and qualifications required to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support to our client in the capacity they require
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with our team to meet our client's needs
  • Provide support to our client as required
  • Have good rapport-building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
  • Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required

Requirements:

  • Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening or yellow card
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
  • Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (preferred)
  • Resonate with the role description above
  • Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
