About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Companion to join our team. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and pursue their goals.

You will be responsible for providing support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, including personal care, transportation, and social activities. You will work collaboratively with individuals and their families to develop personalized support plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
