This is an exciting opportunity for a pre-FRANZCOG trainee aiming to pursue a career in gynaecological oncology or gain advanced surgical skills. As a fellow in gynaecological oncology, you will be responsible for assisting in complex gynaecology surgical procedures and participating in the teaching of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue a future career in gynaecological oncology or acquire advanced surgical skills for complex gynaecology cases
- Provide medical and surgical care to patients with gynaecological cancer
- Engage in teaching activities with registrars, residents, and medical students
- Conduct research projects related to gynaecological cancer
- Contribute to the development of the hospital as a tertiary referral centre for gynaecological oncology
In this role, you will assist in surgical procedures for patients with gynaecological cancer, participate in teaching, and contribute to patient-centred, evidence-based care.
