Cleaning Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of cleaning experience, particularly in the Education or Commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 6-10 staff on a daily basis, liaising with the Portfolio Manager for daily tasks, and carrying out tasks within a time frame and as per the cleaning scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of up to 6-10 staff
  • Liaise with the Portfolio Manager for daily tasks
  • Carry out tasks within a time frame and as per the cleaning scope
  • Perform monthly stock inventory
  • Conduct fortnightly Toolbox Talks with all staff on site

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of cleaning experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (Speaking and Writing)
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Valid Australian Work Rights
  • Valid form of Australian Identification
  • Live within the vicinity of Logan Shire
  • Able to commute and commence shifts as per the roster

Schedule:

Evening shift

Hours: No more than 25 hours per week
