Job Overview

The Quality Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Quality Department, ensuring consistent quality products are manufactured and delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and improve existing quality and food safety systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including BRCGS, RSPO, Halal, Kosher, and Customer Standards.
  • Manage internal audits, allergen control programs, and document control.
  • Lead investigations into customer complaints and non-conforming products.
  • Support the operations team in driving a strong quality culture.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Technology, Microbiology, Science, or a related science discipline.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HACCP, GFSI (BRCGS, SQF), and food safety systems.
  • Experience managing allergens, internal audits, and certification processes.
