Your role as a Mobile Lending Manager is to leverage your lending expertise and build lasting relationships within the local community.

With a deep understanding of the local market, lending products, and risk management, you'll be a trusted expert in your area, guiding customers seamlessly through the lending process and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Proactively building a strong pipeline by identifying new opportunities, establishing referral partnerships, and acquiring new customers
- Strengthening community presence by building personal brand, nurturing existing Community Bank relationships, and expanding network through active participation in local events
- Leveraging credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes
- Developing lasting relationships within the community, positioning yourself as a trusted lending expert

Requirements:- Extensive consumer lending experience
- Strong networks and ability to self-generate new business opportunities

- Highly developed credit analysis skills
- Understanding of small business offerings
- Self-motivated, high-performing approach with a proven track record of delivering lending growth
