Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting for clients on dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and expert determination
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Intermediate-level lawyer with 2-4 years of construction disputes experience
  • Ability to develop an internal network beyond the practice group
