About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workers' Compensation Lawyer to join our thriving Statutory Insurance - Workers' Compensation practice in Sydney or Newcastle. This is a genuine growth role for the right candidate, offering clear career progression within a supportive and nurturing environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' post-admission experience in personal injury claims, specifically Workers' Compensation. They will work closely with partners and other team members across Sydney and Newcastle, providing expert legal services to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum two years' post-admission experience;
  • Experience working in the personal injury space, specifically Workers' Compensation;
  • Clear, concise legal writing skills with strong attention to detail.

Salary

We offer an estimated salary of $160,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, depending on location and performance.
