About this role

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering meaningful relationships with academic institutions across the APAC region, driving adoption and satisfaction of Digital Science solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Digital Science products and customer needs in the APAC market.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip customers with the knowledge and skills required to maximise product value.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Academic customers in APAC, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional support and service.
  • Promote new features and capabilities to drive engagement and growth, providing tailored recommendations to meet the unique needs of the APAC research community.
  • Partner with Sales to identify renewal and expansion opportunities, leveraging customer insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Success or Support within a B2B software context.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at academic institutions.
  • A proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
