Executive Leader, Corporate Services

The role of Executive Leader, Corporate Services & Finance is critical in ensuring the organisation has strong foundations to deliver high-impact services.

This position will lead all corporate services functions, including finance, ICT, risk and compliance, facilities, logistics and reporting. It will also support leaders and staff with quality systems, tools and processes.

  • Leading all aspects of finance, risk, ICT, governance, property and compliance.
  • Managing organisational budgets, resourcing, contracts and reporting.
  • Supporting leaders and staff with quality systems, tools and processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation, funding and continuous improvement.

We're seeking an experienced senior leader who brings strong financial acumen and commercial awareness. This person will be comfortable with high-level strategy as well as day-to-day realities of managing people, systems and projects.

Key qualifications include a CPA or CA qualification, tertiary studies in Finance, Commerce or similar, experience leading corporate services in a values-driven organisation, knowledge of ICT, systems integration, data governance and cyber security, and a collaborative and people-focused leadership style.
