We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Technical Services to lead our team of technical officers in providing expert technical support and services to staff, students, and partners.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure technical facilities are developed, maintained, and operate to the highest industry and educational standards. This includes coordinating maintenance of equipment, researching new technologies, systems, and processes, and managing projects and their lifecycle.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing staff to be service-oriented, flexible, and responsive to changing needs.
  • Proven technical knowledge and expertise in diverse technologies, including the ability to deliver flexible solutions to technical problems.
  • High-level communication skills with the ability to provide instructions to a range of audiences.

About the Role

The Operations Manager - Technical Services will be responsible for:
