About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at ARC - The Australian Reinforcing Company. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and provide feedback to the internal team
  • Maintain a pipeline of new business prospects using our CRM system
  • Collect and analyze market information, trends, and competitor intelligence
  • Hunt new business with determination and a hunger to win
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A keen willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • An innate ability to connect with new customers and close sales
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple support functions
  • A strong desire to collaborate with and learn from our existing team of Sales Development Managers
