Job Title: IT Systems Support and Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled IT systems support specialist to join our team. As an IT systems support specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and data systems.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in Microsoft Cloud, Azure, AWS, networking, and cybersecurity, as well as proven experience in data ingestion, transformation, and visualisation.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Maintain IT infrastructure security, performance, and availability.">
  • Manage WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and network access controls.">
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, AWS, and on-premises servers (AD, IIS, SQL).">
  • Aggregate and ingest data from multiple sources into a central database or data lake.">
  • Build dashboards and reports in Power BI.">
  • Manage IT and telecom inventories and asset lifecycle.">
  • Provide Tier 2/3 user and system support.">

Requirements:

Strong technical skills in Microsoft Cloud, Azure, AWS, networking, and cybersecurity.

">

Proven experience in data ingestion, transformation, and visualisation.

">

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

">

IT degree or equivalent experience.

">

3-5 years in IT systems administration and data analytics.

">

Relevant Microsoft or AWS certifications (desirable).

">

A proactive, adaptable team player comfortable working across multiple IT functions.
