The Global Uniform Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless management and operational delivery of the OneSchool uniform program. This includes overseeing vendor engagement, monitoring stock levels accurately, reconciling financials, and efficiently handling parent inquiries.

The role involves managing uniform-related communications, supporting the parent uniform subsidy program, and preparing regular financial and uniform performance reports. The coordinator must have excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively and provide timely responses to their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Engage with external suppliers, track inventory, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
  • Financial Acumen: Reconcile accounts, manage subsidies, and produce accurate financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Utilize written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers, respond to queries, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve parent queries and operational issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the uniform program.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, online ordering platforms, and inventory management systems to optimize uniform distribution and logistics.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in operations, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in education or retail sectors.
  • Financial Reporting: Experience in financial reporting and account reconciliation to provide accurate data for decision-making.
  • Teamwork and Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
