As a Senior Property Services Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of commercial properties and implement established policies and procedures. You'll work closely with site contractors and operational staff to maintain and refine the building's operation, prioritizing social and community impacts, energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction.

You'll be part of the Operations and Engineering team, reporting to the Head of Operations, Engineering, and Sustainability, with support from the National Operations Team within JLL. Your key responsibilities will include supervising weekend works, ensuring seamless critical services during extended operating hours, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional property management services.

What we're looking for:

You have experience in commercial property operations, facilities, and building services management. You've delivered large capital projects in A-Grade commercial towers and possess strong financial acumen, knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, and critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services.

You'll need to think strategically, develop innovative solutions, and make key decisions with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. You're flexible, comfortable with weekend work, and passionate about making a difference.
