A mid-senior level professional is sought to manage a portfolio of Employee and Industrial Relations, providing business partnering support and influencing outcomes.

This role involves managing complex ER/IR casework, contributing to strategic projects, and working closely with other Business Partners. The ideal candidate will have depth of experience in ER/IR, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance operational and strategic workloads.

About You
  • You have a strong track record as a trusted HR Business Partner, operating independently in challenging environments.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build strong working relationships.
  • You are confident in interpreting industrial instruments and have a solid understanding of employment legislation, Awards, and Agreements.
  • You are resilient, confident, and able to deliver results without requiring close coaching or supervision.
