A mid-senior level professional is sought to manage a portfolio of Employee and Industrial Relations, providing business partnering support and influencing outcomes.
This role involves managing complex ER/IR casework, contributing to strategic projects, and working closely with other Business Partners. The ideal candidate will have depth of experience in ER/IR, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance operational and strategic workloads.
About You- You have a strong track record as a trusted HR Business Partner, operating independently in challenging environments.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build strong working relationships.
- You are confident in interpreting industrial instruments and have a solid understanding of employment legislation, Awards, and Agreements.
- You are resilient, confident, and able to deliver results without requiring close coaching or supervision.
- A pathway to permanency: This is a 3–6 month temporary role with the potential to secure a long-term position.
- Impactful work: You will use your expertise to resolve complex ER/IR issues and shape positive workforce outcomes.
