We believe the new benchmark for apartment living is a 5-star service standard. This is our pursuit in residential lifestyle management. The goal is to deliver personalized service to residents in a comprehensive residential lifestyle offering.

**The Leadership Role**

The team leader oversees the concierge team within a new development, Aura by Aqualand. This position is responsible for managing stakeholders, both internal and external, and ensuring all services are smoothly integrated into the relevant site.

As the team leader, your role will be to ensure all services are delivered to a high standard, while driving growth and developing new opportunities for the business.

The team leader must be a collaborative player, embody the values and be prepared to drive a team who want to serve residential communities and add value to developments.

**Responsibilities**

**People & Leadership**

Provide leadership and drive the team. Ensure a clear resource plan is in place with short and long-term goals, succession and retention as key focuses. Onboard and train new team members. Work with the Director of Operations to build out the teams in other buildings if required.

**Service Management**

Responsible for all operations within each building, ensuring oversight of procedures and policies, documentation and databases, inspections and liaison with security personnel and reporting to Strata Management.

**Guest Experience**

Demonstrate and enforce excellence in guest experience, service standards and product presentation across the residential building. Innovate and find new ways of delivering lifestyle experiences, adding value to the daily routines of residents. Deliver excellence in curation of lifestyle experiences for residents, with a pipeline of new initiatives for implementation or review.

**Performance Review**

Manage and review monthly the performance of the concierge team with the Director of Operations. Provide an overview of the month's performance to explain further each review. Assist the Director of Operations to prepare and implement the annual budget for the business model.

**Compliance**

Ensure workspaces are clean, ambient and professional for team members. Represent the team on the Health, Safety and Environment Committee. Cooperate with all HSE policies, procedures and processes in conjunction with best practices and relevant authorities.

**Relationships**

Drive relationships within the team as they are key to the business and our success. Develop a professional relationship with the Building Manager at each building based on honesty, transparency and effectiveness. Communicate and work effectively with other staff, contractors, supervisory/management and residents' staff for each building.
