Luxury Residential Property Management Role

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to manage and maintain a prestigious luxury residential property in Rose Bay. This part-time role requires attendance at the property three times per week, with each visit lasting at least 5 hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain 'The Owners Manual' to streamline property management processes.
  • Develop and manage the Initial Maintenance Schedule to effectively schedule necessary works.
  • Coordinate and oversee tradespeople for additional maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Perform various maintenance duties including cleaning exterior surfaces, managing yard maintenance, and overseeing routine maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

Essential qualifications and traits include honesty, reliability, pride in workmanship, versatility, adaptability, and impeccable time management skills.

Example Tasks Include:

Cleaning exterior sandstone surfaces, maintaining backyard granite stone surfaces, regular maintenance of gates and garage doors, oversight of fly-screen maintenance, and other ad-hoc maintenance tasks as required.
