Cyber Security Leader

This is a leadership role within the security team in Australia.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced security testing plans and procedures.
- Conduct offensive security testing and engage in ongoing vulnerability research to proactively identify potential risks.
- Systematically identify vulnerabilities and track them for timely remediation efforts.
- Design and build security tools tailored to AWS's needs, enhancing the overall security posture.
- Deliver meaningful security metrics to stakeholders and continuously improve metrics for better insight into the security landscape.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering cyber security solutions to large enterprises or government customers. They will possess strong technical and strategic expertise, with the ability to create effective security strategies that balance prevention and detection, drive risk reduction and mitigation.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 10+ years of experience in delivering cyber security solutions, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. A Master's degree or PhD in Cybersecurity or related domain would be highly desirable.
