Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the statutory and essential service building compliance function.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, compliance management, and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage statutory and essential service building compliance function.
  2. Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in collaboration with stakeholders.
  3. Develop asset maintenance strategies and provide technical advice on service contracts.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, buildings services or related disciplines.
  • Prior experience in facilities management or asset management.
  • Extensive experience across HVAC, fire protection, electrical, plumbing/gas, and related essential building services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
