About the Role

We are seeking a professional to join our asset management team, responsible for supporting end-to-end project delivery from analysis through to client engagement and outcomes.

  • The successful candidate will bring consulting skills into engineering and asset management, helping clients manage their assets across the full lifecycle.
  • They will translate technical data and insights into clear advice and practical decisions for clients.
  • This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional consulting and apply skills to projects that improve the performance, reliability, and sustainability of infrastructure and assets communities rely on every day.
Your Key Responsibilities

Main Job Tasks:

  • Support end-to-end project delivery, from analysis through to client engagement and outcomes.
  • Translate technical data and insights into clear advice and practical decisions for clients.
  • Contribute to solutions in areas such as asset management strategies, performance improvement, system design, and asset condition assessments.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors on initiatives spanning operational readiness, reliability engineering, and productivity improvement.
Requirements

A versatile professional with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, who can turn insights into outcomes. A degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline, and consulting experience (Big Four or similar) and an interest in engineering, infrastructure, or asset management are required.

You will be a collaborative, proactive individual with a willingness to learn and grow, and experience in areas such as strategy, operations, asset performance, or sustainability will be highly regarded but not essential.
